Superior Maintenance:
Our 72 locations are well maintained by our exceptional maintenance staff. We have a true 24 hour maintenance service. You are able to request and receive maintenance 24 hours a day. We complete 96% of our service calls with in 24 hours with most being completed in less than 4 hours.
Our maintenance director has 20 years of experience in making sure the job gets done and it's done right. When you call our office to request service, you will get to speak with an experienced technician or our director himself. We have 3 maintenance technicians, a licensed plumber, a certified appliance and HVAC technician, and a grounds person all who take pride in the work they do and eager to make your home more comfortable for you.

With 72 locations, you are bound to find something that suits your criteria. We offer many amenities such as washer/dryer in unit or hook ups, dishwashers, large floor plans, small floor plans, fireplaces, balconies, patios, free DSL, garages and secured access buildings just to name a few.
