Our on campus apartments are in close proximity to Illinois State University- ISU, Heartland Community College, and Illinois Wesleyan University.
Our residential apartments are located throughout the Bloomington / Normal area allowing easy access to many of the area's larger employers including: State Farm, Country Companies, General Electric, and Mitsubishi. First Site is also the official housing provider of the " Bloomington Prairie Thunder " our local UHL hockey team.
First Site also offers a variety of short term leasing options as well as furnished corporate accommodations. Our " Home away from Home" furnished corporate housing makes short term stays a comfortable option to area hotels.
Residents can expect to continue to receive the highest level of service long after they sign their lease. We offer a true 24 hour maintenance service. 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, you will be able to talk to one of maintenance representatives. We complete 96% of our service within 24 hours. We are committed to resident satisfaction with a full-time public relations representative on staff that specializes in customer service.
