On Campus - 2012 Early Move-In Waiver Residents wishing to move-in to their apartment before June 18, 2012 must complete this form. There is NO extra cost to participate. Remember, all roommates must sign the waiver and it must have a signature of a Manager to be valid. |

On-Campus Payment Slips Payment Options:
- Check/Money Order (Include payslip and apartment address on check)
- On-Line Payments through Paylease (Takes minimum 72 business banking hours to process - pay on or before 1st of month to avoid late fees) |
